3d Large Field Size Dynamics Focusing System

The 3d dynamic focusing system mainly consists of XY galvo, dynamic focusing module, control card and upper computer software. By changing the position of the dynamic focusing mirror, its focus is still on the surface of the workpiece, so as to achieve the effect of the same diameter and small diameter of all the spots in the marking range. Mainly used in electronic communication, auto parts, precision hardware, instruments and meters, shoe materials, clothing, handicrafts, packaging, furniture, architectural models and other industries.

  • The 3D large field size dynamics focusing system is a solution which can realize 3D curved surface and large format under the combination of galvanometer scanning system and voice coil motor. Because the traditional laser scanning solutions can only scan flat surface and large scale.


  • Connected with computer through TCP/IP communication protocol, multiple scanner systems can be controlled by single one controller computer simultaneously.


  • When design the optical path, considering the focusing effect under the different format, ensure the minimum laser spot within the working range in order to focus the energy.
